Sainsburys Organic Vegetable Sack

I was really happy and excited about a discovery I made today when I went organic grocery shopping in Sainsburys - I came across a large brown sack of organic vegetables for £4.99. In it were 350g broccoli, 500g brown onions, 500g parsnips, 500g carrots and 1000g potato’s. A nice variety of vegetables. I did have a separate bag of parsnips which were £2.39 and carrots for 89p, which I put back as soon as I saw this bag. I feel I definitely saved a small amount by purchasing this large bag.

It is the first time I have come across this brown paper sack of organics in a Sainsburys. Does anyone know of any other sainsburys that sells them? And do you like this product? I would be interested to know. The vegetables are seasonal so obviously change, which I think is lovely. Also, once you tear the netting out of the bag , it can be recycled. AND, the vegetables aren’t wrapped in plastic, something I dislike intensely, especially when vegetables are sweating inside. What a good buy!

Indigenous Native American Prophecy

A Native American Elder talks about the evolution of time, how it evolves. There is first a purification time and then a renewal time - we are getting close to this time. He talks about how America is dying from within, because the instructions for how to live on earth have been forgotten, he talks about prophecies, the spirit world, the sacredness of every-thing, mans problems and the lack of spiritual connection with earth. Everything has a spirit and was brought here by the creator. We are ALL one family. The Native Americans say that when Columbus came, that was the first world war. By the time of the 2nd world war, there were only 800,000 Native Americans left, from 60 MILLION. I love this video and will shortly be posting the other related videos. Watch, listen and learn!

Paiute Native American Shaman Wovoka and the Ghost Dance

The Ghost Dance appeared during a time of desperation for the Native American Indian peoples. The Ghost Dance started when Paiute shaman Jack Wilson, or Wovoka, had a vision that if our people would dance and sing Indians would live again. The Ghost Dance spread throughout the land. In Dec. 1890 the military panicked and massacred innocent Lakota Indian people at Wound Knee whilst dancing. It is one of the worst (and most cowardly, inhumane) incidents in United States history. Judy Trejo - Summit Lake (Tommo Agi) and Walker River (Agi) Paiute and Anita Collins - Shoshone and Walker River Paiute speak about Wovoka. The Round Dance was a traditional Great Basin dance that spread across the land in the form of the Ghost Dance, and is now part of many celebrations. Robbie Robertson sings “Ghost Dance”.
